New Customer Experience Manager joins SearchFlow
SearchFlow, the UK’s leading conveyancing search solutions provider, has today announced the appointment of Katriona O’Hare as its new Customer Experience Manager. With over 20 years’ experience in leadership positions in customer service and as a Qualified Business and Mentoring Coach, Katriona’s focus is on delivering an amazing customer journey.
Katriona has a strong track record gained in the housing sector, which includes both public and private organisations. She will work with clients to embrace uptake of the company’s new digital products and extended conveyancing services via a new platform as it rolls out, and will continue to build strong collaborative partnerships across its existing customer base.
