Agency confirms redundancy talks with 90 staff
Knight Frank has initiated a redundancy consultation affecting under 3% of its UK workforce.
The company is declining to say how many staff the talks involve, but on its website it says there are just under 3,000 staff based in the UK, meaning the talks are likely to involve some 90 staff.
The redundancy proposals is despite the property business posting a 6.3% increase in annual revenues.
The agency acknowledged the consultation is underway with the statement: “We can confirm we have started a redundancy consultation process with less than 3% of our UK workforce. As this is ongoing it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
The consultation follows Knight Frank’s report of UK revenue reaching £405.1m for the year to March 2025, up from the previous year.
The agency reached its post-pandemic peak of £418.5m in the full year 2022 and £409.5m in 2023.
