Zoopla, the UK’s leading property destination, has unveiled a new software proposition for housebuilders – designed to combine everything housebuilders need to effectively run their business in one place.

This new offering is designed to boost operating efficiencies, save time, money and improve customer satisfaction, while ensuring housebuilders are set up for success with the upcoming launch of the New Homes Ombudsman Service.

The new ecosystem has several components, which can be seamlessly integrated with existing software within the housebuilder’s business. These include a new purpose built CRM, which can seamlessly automate entire sales, marketing and progression workflows to create a best in class sales process that pretty much manages itself.

The CRM also benefits from a unique Site Map tool which can be used by sales teams to view and manage the sale of developments by zooming in and out to see the status of every plot, alongside information like price achieved per square footage. The CRM also automates a lot of manual processes – giving sales teams more freedom thanks to its inbuilt sales progression.

Additional modules that can be added to Zoopla’s suite of solutions, or purchased standalone as part of Zoopla’s new offering include:
  • Sales Progression Portal – provides transparency to all stakeholders involved in the home buying process, progression reports at the push of a button (saving 2-3 hours a week for negotiators) and can offer aftercare solutions
  • Reservation Engine & Buyer Portal –  z fully compliant with the New Homes Quality Board and can facilitate remote reservations. It also saves housebuilders 14 days when it comes to the entire reservation process and thousands of pounds as it has all the reservation tools in one place
  • Anti-Money-Laundering Solution – a bespoke purpose built, standalone solution for housebuilders which fully integrates into their existing workflow and saves an average of £16,000 a year in comparison to other providers

This is complemented by Zoopla’s recently launched industry-first Pay-On-Exchange pricing model which not only provides access to Zoopla’s full range of multi-channel marketing products at zero cost – but also provides transparency on lead attribution, only charging when a lead successfully converts to exchange.

Commenting on the launch, Riccardo Dawson, Managing Director of New Homes at Zoopla, said:

“The launch of our new software solution marks not only a first for Zoopla, but is a first for the entire new homes industry. Our new scalable offering combines everything housebuilders need to effectively run their business, at a competitive price point that can be tailored for housebuilders of all sizes.”

“This launch demonstrates a clear ambition to be more than just a listings portal and marketing partner for housebuilders. We’ve invested, and will continue to invest in our offering to be the first choice for any housebuilder undertaking any form of digital transformation or looking to improve operational efficiency across sales, marketing and throughout the development lifecycle.”
