SearchFlow supports Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence 2019

SearchFlow – the UK’s leading conveyancing search solutions provider – is supporting the 2019 Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence, sponsoring the Best Customer Experience Award category.

The awards, which are organised by Land Data, the National Land Information Service (NLIS) regulator, take place on Monday 4th March at Birmingham’s prestigious Sky High venue at the Park Regis Hotel.  Now in their 12th year, the awards celebrate the achievements and successes of Local Authority Local Land Charges departments across England and Wales during the past year.

SearchFlow’s customer experience manager, Katriona O’Hare, will be presenting the winners and highly commended trophies for the Best Customer Experience Award. The shortlist includes Arun District Council, Bath & North East Somerset Council, Ceredigion County Council, Dartford Borough Council, Havering London Borough Council, Manchester City Council, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council and Winchester City Council.

Katriona O’Hare said:

“We are delighted to support the Best Customer Experience Award category at this year’s Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence. In today’s digital world, consumer behaviour – and their expectations of customer service – has dramatically changed.  Being able to deliver what the customer needs, in a proactive and timely fashion, and in the most convenient way to them, is what we are all striving for – whether its online, over the phone or face to face.

“From SearchFlow’s perspective, in response to the changing dynamics of our customers, we have been through a period of customer experience transformation ourselves.  This led us to evolve the way we interact to better serve our customers, and we were delighted to be presented with two UK Customer Experience Awards in recognition of our efforts; a Gold and Silver Award.”

“Having seen the entries for this year’s Local Land Charges Awards, the calibre is high and it is very clear that Customer Service and Experience is a strategic focus for all local authority organisations, and the innovation surrounding customer experience continues to deliver improved services – so I would like to congratulate all the finalists.”

The shortlist has been drawn from over 200 entries and nominations submitted by solicitors, conveyancers, customer service experts and local land charges personnel.

With more than one million conveyancing searches run every year for over 2,000 legal clients across England and Wales, SearchFlow is regarded as one of the leading providers of comprehensive searches, surveys, identity checks and conveyancing insurance solutions.
