PinPoint Information joins Project 28 Charter
PinPoint Information has joined the Project 28 Charter, an industry-wide initiative bringing together organisations from across the property transaction process to help create faster, more certain property transactions.
The Charter has a bold ambition: to reduce the time between sale agreed and exchange to 28 days by encouraging greater collaboration, earlier access to information, trusted data sources and more efficient processes across the transaction chain.
As a provider of a range of property information risk reports, PinPoint believes accurate, trusted data continues to play an important role in helping conveyancers and property professionals to make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary delays.
Ben Baker, Co-Founder of PinPoint Information, said: “Much of the delay and uncertainty within property transactions comes down to information not being available early enough, or parties working with incomplete information. The principles behind Project 28 closely align with our own approach of providing clear, reliable property risk intelligence that supports informed decision-making. We are pleased to join the Charter and support its ambition to create a faster, more transparent and more efficient property transaction process for everyone involved.”
Project 28 was developed through collaboration between organisations from across the property industry, including estate agents, conveyancers, lenders, brokers and data providers. The Charter is built around eight practical commitments designed to improve transaction certainty, reduce fall-throughs and support a more digital-first home moving process.
