Phil Spencer to announce best conveyancers for customer service at The ESTAS Awards

After last month’s record breaking ESTAS Estate Agent Awards it’s the turn of conveyancers to be in the spotlight as ESTAS recognises the best firms for customer service across the UK.

ESTAS is a customer review platform which enables firms to send out a service review invite via email or text asking clients to rate the customer service they received during the conveyancing process.  The ratings and feedback are sent back confidentially to each firm enabling them to track and benchmark their service performance.  The feedback data also allows ESTAS to shortlist the best firms regionally and nationally culminating in the prestigious ESTAS Awards which take place in October each year.

As customer reviews are becoming increasingly important in the consumer decision making process ESTAS provides a dedicated review platform for property professionals helping firms to promote the fact they are part of a community which is happy to demonstrate the level of service they provide and committed to improving for the future. ESTAS allows conveyancers to generate independent customer reviews, access benchmarking data and create ‘service’ themed marketing campaigns which are seen by 5,000 estate agents providing conveyancers with new local business opportunities.

As Simon Brown Founder of the ESTAS Group explains:

“Because the ESTAS feedback platform is ‘invite only’, that’s to say only genuine customers are asked for feedback, it ensures a firm’s reputation is not exposed in the public domain. All the data we generate is confidential to each firm and they can pick and choose what feedback they use in their marketing campaigns.  Our platform gives firm’s direct access to their own social media channels enabling them to create positive ’service’ themed content very easily. The platform is also fully GDPR compliant.”

Conveyancers of all shapes and sizes can take part in the awards. There are categories for single office solicitors, for local or regional firms with multiple branches and firms with national coverage and e-conveyancing specialists.  The ESTAS also has a category that recognises individual members of staff known as The People Awards.
