Midlands- and Staffordshire-based firm Aconveyancing has appointed Michelle Oliver in a newly created role as Director and Conveyancing Solicitor.

Michelle will be heading up the firm’s Solihull office, specialising in a wide range of transactions including; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, purchases of freehold interest, lease extensions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, declaration of trusts, equity releases, shared ownership, right to buy and new builds.

Michelle previously worked with Charles Strachan Solicitors and progressed from law graduate trainee to Head of Conveyancing.  She brings with her a wealth of experience and passion to deliver the personal and thorough service that Aconveyancing is known for.

Company founder and director Natalie Moore says:
