Fletcher Longstaff, a multi-award winning conveyancing firm based in Lincolnshire has been shortlisted as finalists for three national conveyancing awards.

The firm has been shortlisted for Conveyancing Firm of the Year in the Midlands as well as National Conveyancing Firm of the Year at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2019.

The company which has recently relocated its offices at Burton Waters has also been shortlisted for Innovation of the Year.

The news comes shortly after founder and Managing Director of Fletcher Longstaff, Adam Cheal won Entrepreneur of the Year at the Lincolnshire Technology and Innovation Awards.

Reacting to the shortlisting, Adam said:

“It’s great to be recognised by these national awards, especially being shortlisted for three separate categories. It’s a credit to the fantastic team we have built and another reason to be proud of the work that we do.”

Fletcher Longstaff aims to take the hassle out of the conveyancing process via the use of their mobile app and removing the need to use a solicitor. The initial process of instructing can take as little as 15 minutes compared to the 7-10 days that it would take going through the usual legal processes.

Adam continues:

“After becoming the number one most trusted conveyancer on TrustPilot everyone could see the impact of the great service we provide. It’s fantastic that we are being recognised by awards bodies nationally as well as in Lincolnshire.”

“Our customer-centric focus has helped us grow this far and will surely help push us forward. The innovative approach to the conveyancing process we use has really disrupted the industry and we can’t wait to continue that in the future.”

The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, now in their fourth year, are to be held at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool on the 18th of July this year.
