Final speakers announced for NAEA Propertymark Conference

Featuring a line-up of policymakers and property experts, the NAEA Propertymark Conference, to be held on 27 February, is set to be UK’s biggest and most reputable estate agents’ conference.

Home buying and selling policy leader at MHCLG, Matt Prior has been confirmed to speak at the NAEA Propertymark National Conference. He will offer an update on policy initiatives and insights into the Government’s priorities.

This year’s line-up will also see James Munro, National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT) will give an update on the future of referral fees and Paul Tenant, Chief Executive of The Law Society and former housing industry innovator explain his vision and ambition for the housing market.

The Head of UK Residential Research at Knight Frank, Grainne Gilmore is set to provide attendees with her key findings and advice for the year ahead by taking agents behind the headlines of the property market.

Sally Bundock, host of Business Live on BBC News and BBC World News will be chairing the conference for the fourth year.

Relocating this year to a bigger venue to cater to the increased number of agents wanting to gain an understanding of the issues affecting the industry, the Conference will be at etc.venues, 133 Houndsditch, London. The day will offer agents the opportunity to network with industry peers as well as being offered guidance from experts in their field.
