ESTAS launch fully mobile-optimised platform

The ESTAS Group unveils its fully optimised for mobile version of the core ESTAS Review and ESTAS Insight products, called ESTAS Mobile.

Leading review technology provider The ESTAS Group has today unveiled its latest addition to its range of products and services for property professionals, with a fully optimised for mobile version of the core ESTAS Review and ESTAS Insight products, called ESTAS Mobile.

ESTAS Mobile offers all the rich functionality of the ESTAS Review and ESTAS Insight tools, contained in a fully mobile friendly UX, meaning that subscribers can now access all the functionality of the original platform quickly and easily from their phone. 

This enables users to instantly access previous reviews and service ratings, for example when conducting a valuation enabling the agent to show a prospective vendor feedback left by previous clients to support winning the listing, together with providing an easy way to reply to private feedback via the ESTAS Insight tool in real time, helping to support ongoing client relationships across a lengthy transaction and increase client engagement.  

Agents can also use the ESTAS Mobile platform to send private feedback requests via the ESTAS Insight tool at the relevant key touch points in transactions without needing to be at their desk, as well as being able to access the entire functionality of ESTAS Review platform via their phone, enabling agents to post reviews to their social media channels as soon as they are received.

ESTAS Mobile is only available to existing customers and will require an additional subscription of £5 for per month for up to 5 users.
