Cripps Pemberton Greenish named Solicitors Firm of the Year

Cripps Pemberton Greenish has been recognised for its expertise in leasehold enfranchisement at the 2019 Enfranchisement & Right to Manage awards (ERMAs), winning London Solicitors Firm of the Year.

The awards, run by News on the Block, recognise excellence within the industry of property management and residential leasehold.  This year, it collaborated with the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) and other key industry figures to bring a fresh new format which has included new award categories and the option to nominate a third-party individual or company.

Anna Favre, Partner in Residential Real Estate, commented:

“The ERMAs are vital for their role in recognising and celebrating key figures in the industry and we have supported the event for over a decade.  It has been a busy year for Cripps Pemberton Greenish, not least because of our merger in December.  Winning London Solicitors Firm of the Year bears testament to the hard work and talent of our enfranchisement team.  Congratulations to all other nominees and award winners.”

Cripps Pemberton Greenish’s leasehold enfranchisement team has been involved in a number of leading cases including Hosebay and Sportelli in the Supreme Court and House of Lords respectively.

The winners were announced at a gala dinner at The Landmark Hotel on Thursday 6 June.

Cripps Pemberton Greenish has offices in London, Tunbridge Wells and Kings Hill.
