Conveyancing Foundation Wellbeing at Work Month October 2026

The Conveyancing Foundation is bringing workplace wellbeing into focus this October with the return of Wellbeing at Work Month 2026. Throughout October, the initiative will bring together property professionals, industry experts, champions and leaders to start conversations, challenge thinking and share practical ideas for creating healthier, happier workplaces.

Connect – Learn & Share Best Practice Together

The month-long programme will feature a range of activities and resources, including inspiring TED-style talks from the Foundation’s Charity Partners, practical insights and opportunities for property professionals to learn, connect and share best practice.

Excellence Survey and Prizes!

A key part of this year’s programme is the Wellbeing at Work Excellence Survey, launching on 5th October. The survey is designed to help benchmark workplace wellbeing across the property industry, identify current practices, explore what excellent workplace wellbeing looks like and contribute towards establishing industry-wide best practice.

Everyone completing the survey will also be automatically entered into a prize draw, with three prizes available: £500 cash, a luxury one-night spa break for two, and a Fortnum & Mason luxury hamper.

Mental Health Workplace Education

The Conveyancing Foundation will also continue its focus on mental health through its Mental Health Champion Course, delivered in partnership with Today’s Media and led by mental health trainer Sharron Moffatt (MHFA/ACSM). The interactive four-hour online course is designed to give property professionals the practical skills and confidence to recognise signs of mental health difficulties, start conversations and offer support within the workplace. The next course takes place on 17 November 2026. Spaces can be booked via the Conveyancing Foundation website.

The Great Wellbeing Quiz – 21st October

The month’s programme also includes The Great Wellbeing Quiz-Off on 21st October at 12.30pm, hosted by Tom Parkinson and Laura Cartwright from Bricks and Banter. Expect four rounds of questions designed to test your brain power, while bringing the property community together for a fun and interactive half hour. Our sponsor, The Conveyancing Awards 2027 & Conference, has kindly gifted a Cadbury Deluxe Chocolate & Sweet Hamper for the winning person or team. You can sign up via the Conveyancing Foundation website, or keep an eye on our LinkedIn page for further details and updates.
