Conveyancing Foundation Continues It’s Wellbeing Mission

The Conveyancing Foundation is continuing Wellbeing at Work Month with two new videos this week, sharing valuable insights and advice to support workplace wellbeing across the property sector. We are also looking forward to our Great Wellbeing Quiz-Off on the 21st October, bringing colleagues together for some friendly competition while continuing to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and wellbeing at work.

The Importance of Coaching, Mentoring and Mental Health Training

As part of Wellbeing at Work Month, join Alex Holt, Chief Revenue Officer at The Cashroom,  as he shares the importance of coaching and mentoring each other. Alex explores how sharing knowledge, offering guidance and learning from one another can strengthen teams, support personal development and create a workplace culture where people feel valued, empowered and able to thrive.

Our second video this week features Sharron Moffatt, our Mental Health Trainer, who shares more about our Mental Health Champion Training Course, delivered in partnership with Today’s Media. Sharron explains how the course can help individuals develop the knowledge and confidence to recognise mental health challenges, offer support to colleagues and play an active role in building a more supportive and mentally healthy workplace.

The next course takes place on 17th November 2026. Spaces can be booked via the Conveyancing Foundation website.

Baby Loss Awareness Week: The Importance of Compassion and Mental Health Support

As part of Wellbeing at Work Month and Baby Loss Awareness Week, The Conveyancing Foundation is sharing Michael Tobin’s personal story of experiencing miscarriage with his partner, Sarah, and his decision to run the London Marathon in memory of their baby, ‘Pip’. With support from the Foundation’s Charity Grant Scheme, Michael raised over £4,000 for Miscarriage UK, helping to raise vital funds and awareness for those affected by pregnancy loss.

Miscarriage UK has expressed its gratitude for Michael’s support and the Foundation’s contribution, highlighting the difference this makes to those affected. His story is a powerful reminder of the importance of compassion, understanding and creating supportive workplaces where people feel able to talk about difficult experiences and mental health, you can read it here.
