MJP Conveyancing has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

The ESTAS Group which highlights the best firms for customer service involved in the home moving process has revealed its first shortlist for their inaugural Conveyancer Awards.  The results are based purely on feedback data from customers who were asked a series of questions about the service they received during the home moving process.

The winners will be announced at the first ESTAS Conveyancer ceremony in London in October by TV property expert and ESTAS Brand Ambassador Phil Spencer.  Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS since they were created back in 2003 said:

We live in a world where customer reviews are becoming increasingly important in the consumer decision making process so The ESTAS provides a kite mark for excellent service for any property professional involved in the house moving process. Any firm that enters has already sent a clear message that they are passionate about customer service so to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself.”

David Pett, Director of MJP Conveyancing, commenting on the announcement of MJP’s shortlist said:

“Following our success at the Modern Law Awards winning the Client Care Award, the news of our shortlisting as a potential ESTAS Conveyancer of the Year prize winner brought great delight to MJP, especially given it is judged solely on client’s feedback.

There really cannot exist any better channel to measure our performance as conveyancers other than through client’s ratings.  The recognition derived from this shortlisting clearly demonstrates there is a place in this crowded market of conveyancers for a provider like MJP, who rely heavily on technology and full transparency in the delivery of our service.

We have worked hard to turn the conveyancing process upside down and inside out, and it’s reassuring to know our hard work and efforts are beginning to receive the recognition it deserves”
