CMA Pricing and Service Transparency Requirement – Have your Say
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has concluded that competition in legal services for individual consumers and small businesses is not working well. It wants a “step change in transparency” so clients understood the price and service they are going to get.
Supported by The Society of Licensed Conveyancers and The Bold Group, Conveyancing Analytics is undertaking a survey of law firms and licensed conveyancers to understand their thoughts about how the forthcoming requirement to publish their legal costs and service quality could affect their business
This is an important opportunity to air your views as the consultation draws to a close – and it gives conveyancers a pause for thought about how we will embrace and integrate these requirements on their websites from next year.
The confidential, anonymous survey, which takes just a few minutes to complete, can be found here.
