Sort Legal has rebranded and enhanced their website to provide further customer assistance for the legal process
Conveyancing law firm, Sort Legal, has rebranded and they have enhanced their website to provide further customer assistance for the legal process.
Derby and Cardiff based law firm, Sort Legal have transformed their look, which now correlates with their Sort Group branding, and developed a brand-new client-facing website, [www.sortlegal.co.uk] to enhance the online legal journey for their clients.
Internally, the firm’s development and marketing team have worked tirelessly over the past few months to create a user-friendly website that corresponds with their Sort Group branding. Sort Group consists of 3 brands: SortRefer (an online portal for Mortgage Intermediaries), Sort Move (an online portal for Estate Agents), and Sort Legal (the Group’s own law firm).
What’s new in the re-brand?
Aside from the obvious new logo and design assets, Sort Legal now have a new website – launched Tuesday 12th October – which includes helpful client video guides and downloadable PDFs on the Conveyancing processes.
One driving factor was to add value and provide customers with more information on Conveyancing processes and other related topics to provide a smoother legal process, as lack of information has often been a challenge in the legal industry.
Laura Burkinshaw, Sort Legal Head of Legal Practice, comments:
“At Sort Legal we are committed to moving Conveyancing forwards and wanted to rebrand to a new fresh look to celebrate our dedication to the Sort Brand. We wanted to provide a website for our Introducers and Clients to have a place to go where we can provide useful information and guides.
“Conveyancing is moving forwards and has a lot of traction in Government to make vital changes needed to speed up transactions. At Sort Legal we want to be there at the forefront helping to push changes to make Conveyancing a better experience for Introducers, Clients, and staff alike.”
