Sort Legal are committed to training as firm take on qualified conveyancer as their new trainer

Victoria Calladine

Working in Conveyancing since 2004, Victoria Calladine has joined the Sort Legal team as their new Conveyancing Trainer to help with the firm’s development as the company undergoes expansion.

Qualifying in 2009, Victoria began her legal career journey as a Conveyancer and worked her way up to Head of Department before joining Sort Legal this summer. Now at Sort Legal, her role includes providing internal training for staff members, new recruits, and apprentices.

In her first months, Victoria has since worked on numerous sessions with the firm’s latest recruits for their Remortgage Team and apprentices by helping them build on skills and offering development at their early stages in legal practice. Going forward, Victoria will be making plans for internal training for all staff members to help with further development, changes in law and any important industry updates.

Victoria shares:

“This is a fantastic opportunity for me to grow in my career as well as helping others start theirs. This opportunity will help both new and existing staff members to build on their existing skills and gain new ones, with the guidance of a trainer and the chance to qualify as licensed conveyancers.”

The firm are excited to be offering training and development opportunities to new and current staff members to help with overall quality of service to their clients. Sort Legal have also recently undergone a huge rebrand and launched its new website mid-October.
