SearchFlow gifts goodies to paediatric unit at Maidstone Hospital

The Riverbank children’s unit at Maidstone Hospital has recently taken delivery of a shipment of gifts from Kings Hill-based SearchFlow.

SearchFlow had a surplus of branded goodies that it wanted to rehome, following a recent rebrand. This included soft cuddly owls, as well as notebooks, pens, lip balms, eco-reusable cups, highlighter pens, sticky notepads and jute bags. Alongside the branded goodies, SearchFlow also created a hamper for staff containing chocolates, hand creams and lip balms.

Eunice Goto, Paediatric Unit Manager at the Riverbank children’s unit at Maidstone Hospital, said:

“The goodies from SearchFlow brought a smile to everyone’s faces and are very much welcomed and appreciated. The owl soft toys will give children a real boost following procedures and as a distraction for them to then take away when going home. Thank you so much for reaching out and thinking of us; we are all very grateful.”

Sam Francis, Customer Success Consultant at SearchFlow, who originally initiated contact with Maidstone Hospital, said:

“Instead of recycling the goodies, we wanted to rehome them so they could be appreciated or enjoyed by others.  We approached the NHS services close to our office and we’re thrilled to have been able to donate these items to their Riverbank children’s unit.”

Donna Garratt, Facilities Administrator for SearchFlow, who delivered the hamper to the hospital with help from her son, added:

“It was an amazing feeling being able to personally visit the hospital to donate this huge supply of goodies; the staff and nurses at the unit were so appreciative and overwhelmed by the gifts. We hope everyone enjoys the treats and the cuddly toys brings many smiles to the children they look after.”
