Alto industry-leading data migration experience unlocks significant time-saving of 27 hours for agents

Alto, the leading cloud-based software for agents and part of Zoopla, is pleased to share further insights on the success of the pilot of its data migration experience – which launched the beginning of June and has unlocked a significant time-saving of 27 hours for Jupix customers who upgrade to Alto, alongside other benefits.

Headlines:
    • The tooling, which is available exclusively to Jupix customers who upgrade their software to Alto, will enable an end to end migration in just three weeks
    • 13 customers have completed the migration to Alto during the pilot, with the experience now available to the wider Jupix customer base
    • Pilot customers had their data migrated in under 24hrs, while progress of the transfer could be monitored by customers in real-time via the ‘Progress Tracker’

The launch follows an increase in Jupix customers who have decided to migrate to Alto to benefit from its new and improved offering – as well as direct agent feedback on the difficulties they can face when migrating to a new software provider.

13 Jupix customers have migrated to Alto during the pilot, with the data migration taking less than 24hrs (from the date that the customer has selected to begin their migration) and customers benefiting from on demand training on Alto throughout the migration experience on everything from marketing properties in a fast efficient way to detailed client accounting.

As part of the migration experience, several additional datasets including the date rent is due and the amount to be charged, alongside management fee percentages will be migrated automatically – removing the need for a large amount of manual data entry. This is a unique benefit to Jupix customers and will be alongside existing datasets including property and contact records, property media (including photos, floorplans, EPCs or any documents linked to a property), transactional data (offers, agreed offers, viewings and valuations) which are already transferred automatically.
