Aconveyancing opens the doors to its fourth office on first day of March

Aconveyancing is opening the doors to its fourth office on Tuesday, March 1st.

Located in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, the new premises will predominantly operate in the surrounding East Midlands area, offering residential conveyancing and Wills & Probate services.

Associate Conveyancer Sam Burrows will be working alongside a team of two conveyancers, with a view to take on more employees as the business grows, boosting job opportunities in the local area.

As a high street location, the team will offer a free walk-in service for locals with any property questions, mortgage clinics, networking events and guidance sessions, to support those in the area looking to buy or sell property.

Company founder and director, Natalie Moore, said:

“We considered a couple of other locations but there really was no competition, Mountsorrel is a great spot and we’re excited to strengthen our business in the East Midlands.

“This gives us a chance to employ a wider range of talent and offer a higher standard of conveyancing services to people in the Leicestershire area and further afar.”

Founded in 2017, Aconveyancing specialises in the purchase and sales of residential property, covering all aspects of law relating to property and land, Wills & Probate.
