Bishu Solomon Girma, Head of Customer Service at Access Legal

Bishu Solomon Girma joins Access Legal with over a decade’s international experience in the legal industry, working across the UK and Canada.

Beginning her career in law practice articling at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto, Bishu also served as in-house counsel at a North American auto manufacturer where she focused on corporate commercial law. She then moved into legal technology and services consultancy, including almost three years as Vice President of Client Services and Forensics for the European division of legal solutions provider Epiq.

In her new role at Access, Bishu will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest quality service from the beginning of their journey. As well as managing a portfolio of over 3,500 legal customers, Bishu will also take direct responsibility for the management of the Professional Services, Support and Customer Service teams.

For Bishu, her primary objective at Access Legal is clear:
