Recent changes to the CQS Core Practice Management Standards (CPMS) mean that CQS-accredited firms, or firms who are working towards obtaining accreditation, must be ‘Assessment-Ready’ and make sure they are compliant with the updated CPMS from May 2022.

During this 45-minute webinar, Tracy Thompson, authorised Assessor for CQS will provide advice on the changes, as well as suggestions and support for implementing them to ensure that firms are ready, guiding attendees through the importance of raising standards across the sector.

Tracy will be joined by Lisa Edwards, Northern Sales Manager at InfoTrack, who will discuss how InfoTrack can support firms and help to maximise their efficiency by introducing effective technology to streamline processes and increase profitability.
