InfoTrack announce additional webinars for April and May 2024

InfoTrack announces further additions to their list of webinars that are scheduled to take place in the months of April and May 2024.

AML Update 2024 – using technology to support your compliance
    • Date: 2 April 2024
    • Time: 12:00 p.m.
    • Duration: 1 hour
    • Webinar content:

AML guidance and expectations have changed considerably in recent months. Last summer and March 2024 brought about SRA sectoral risk assessment updates, and last autumn delivered a significant change in tone from the SRA in relation to their expectations of regulated practices. Not to mention the SRA AML Thematic Review Report, which contained the SRA Warning Notice in relation to client/matter risk assessments.

The SRA’s Warning Notice was accompanied by their own client/matter risk assessment template, which clearly sets the benchmark for the regulator’s expectations for what practices need to have in place to meet their Regulation 28 obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.

We’ll be joined by Tracy Thompson, from Tracy Thompson Associates, who will provide important updates relating to all SRA publicised guidance since July 2023, to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge required to ensure you do not fall foul of the Money Laundering Regulations, or the SRA.

We’ll also look at how technology can support and improve practices, with dynamic tools and solutions available through InfoTrack.

Contract of Sale: Send Contract Packs in Seconds!
    • Date: 3 April 2024
    • Time: 11:00 a.m.
    • Duration: 45 minutes
    • Webinar details:

Contract Packs can be unwieldy files to manage: Compiling multiple documents in one platform, saving to the matter and Case Management System, and then downloading to your desktop before emailing on to the purchaser’s solicitor doesn’t feel like an intuitive way of doing things…

Not only is this process slow and cumbersome, it also:

❌ Leaves files sitting unprotected on desktops

❌ Introduces the risk of the wrong files being sent to clients

❌ Means searching through email to prove that a pack has been sent

Join us on Wednesday 3 April to explore how InfoTrack’s new Contract Sharing functionality, enables you to send your Contract Pack directly from the Platform, meaning:

✅ Contract Packs arrive with purchasers’ solicitors more quickly

✅ You have a complete audit trail within InfoTrack

✅ Your desktop stays free of unnecessary client files.
