Groundsure announce two more webinars taking place in May 2022: coastal erosion and climate change affecting properties; UK energy infrastructure.

 

How is coastal erosion and climate change affecting UK properties already on a cliff edge:

The next session of Groundsure’s Climate Change series will take a closer look at coastal erosion. Strategic Account Manager Nick Treble is going to start with a definition of coastal erosion and the various factors that contribute to it.

Nick will then highlight how climate change may affect coasts around the UK, looking at various case studies and how some coastal towns have already been affected. He will then go through the type of defences currently being put in place.

Finally, Nick will explain how the latest National Coastal Erosion Risk Mapping are used in Groundsure reports.
