ESTAS and Zoopla announce special Xcellence Award for 2020
To celebrate ten years of partnership with The ESTAS, Zoopla, the UK’s most comprehensive property website, is unveiling The Zoopla Xcellence Award.
The accolade, which will be presented at the industry’s most prestigious awards, will be awarded to a sales and a lettings agent, who have delivered consistent excellence in customer service over the past decade.

Gold, silver and bronze awards will be presented to the agents who have achieved the highest national rankings from 2011 to 2020. Agencies must enter the 2020 awards to make the final shortlist and have a chance to win. The two gold award winners (one for sales and lettings) will be announced at The ESTAS, which will take place on Friday 15th May at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Over 1,000 agents and leading industry suppliers will attend and the awards will be presented by Phil Spencer.
The ESTAS is the national customer service award scheme, which recognises the best estate and lettings agents, mortgage advisors, conveyancers and suppliers to the residential property industry. Winners are selected purely on feedback via ESTAS customer review platform. Customers who have experienced the full service delivery from a property professional complete an ESTAS survey – 45,000 are submitted each year.
