The New Homes Group partners with Yourkeys to deliver a complete digital journey for housebuilders
Yourkeys, the sales platform for housebuilders and estate agents and part of Zoopla, has announced the launch of a partnership with The New Homes Group (TNHG).
TNHG is the UK’s leading new homes specialist, arranging over 14,000 mortgage applications per annum worth over £3billion. TNHG works with the UK’s top 25 housebuilders alongside many regional independents to provide a complete range of mortgage solutions. TNHG incorporates individual mortgage brands including New Homes Mortgage Helpline, TORC24 and New Homes Mortgage Scotland all of whom are recognised as the UK’s leading mortgage specialists dedicated to the new homes industry.
The partnership between Yourkeys and The New Homes Group provides housebuilders with real time visibility of the mortgage application progress, and sales progression for their buyers, directly into their own CRM. To benefit from the integration, a housebuilder simply adds their TNHG mortgage specialist to their Yourkeys broker panel and selects this broker when they add a new reservation.
All relevant transaction documents required to process a mortgage application are then sent directly from the Yourkeys platform to the individual TNHG mortgage specialist.
As the application progresses, the key mortgage-related milestones will be shared automatically with all stakeholders. Updates are pulled into the housebuilders’ CRM system, while buyers can be updated via their own white labelled portal. This ensures full visibility of the sales progression process for both the housebuilder and their buyers.
This digital integration will enhance the whole homebuying process, simplifying the new homes purchase process and enabling instant decisions and response times which ultimately will lead to faster exchange of contracts.

The integration follows the recent launch of Yourkeys shared ownership product, which creates a digital, streamlined and transparent process for all stakeholders involved in shared ownership transactions. Yourkeys now processes over 1,000 new homes sales per month and works with over 50 of the UK’s top housebuilders.
Yourkeys was acquired by Zoopla in April 2021 and since the acquisition, Zoopla and Yourkeys have been working together focusing on providing an end-to-end experience for both buyers and sellers of new-build homes.
