No slowing down: Propertymark’s profile amplifies as 18 new agents join Regional Executive and Advisory Panel Team.

Industry powerhouse Nathan Emerson is continuing to spread his unique brand of energy on membership body Propertymark as CEO. Pushing Propertymark forward, he has now exponentially expanded the team of agents working alongside Arbon House.

Following the first round of recruitment, Propertymark has announced sixteen new Regional Executive members, and two new Advisory Panel members.

With 18 new members recruited into Regional Executive and Advisory Panel positions, Propertymark will continue interviews for the volunteer positions each month and are thrilled to see so many members wanting to get involved and represent their regions.

Regional Executives are eager to continue to pave the way in ensuring local areas in the UK are member led, and there is a local contact on the ground that agents can reach out to.

Propertymark now represent 32 regions in lettings, 33 regions in sales, with a further six regions represented in auctioneering and five regions in the commercial space.

Over half join the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Propertymark Regional Executive team, and the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA) Propertymark Advisory Panel, with most working in the industry for over ten years. Eight additional members have also joined the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) Propertymark Regional Executive team and the ARLA Propertymark Advisory Panel.

Propertymark is proud to welcome Ms. Gemma Dawe, Ms. Anneke Babber, Mr. Stuart Matthews, Mr. Sam Samuel, Mr. Matthew Cohen, Ms. Samantha Cockburn, Mr. David Gardner, Mr. Chris Marney and Ms. Rebecca Donnelly to the NAEA Propertymark Regional Executive team.

Propertymark is also proud to welcome an additional seven ARLA Propertymark Regional Executives to the team, including, Mr. Matthew Pattenden, Ms. Pauline Carrera- Silva, Ms. Jennifer Marsden, Ms. Wendy Ferguson, Mr. Toby Martin, Mr. Miles Gilham, and Mr. Jordan Kirkwood.

Expert in auctioneering, Richard Worrall joins National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA) Propertymark as an Advisory Panel member, and Mr Matais Weiland also joins the ARLA Propertymark Advisory Panel, after completing seven years as an ARLA Propertymark Regional Executive.

As a member led organisation, Propertymark is delighted to see so many members wanting to get involved and volunteer their time in executive positions.
