About the Conveyancing Foundation

The Conveyancing Foundation is a zero-profit registered charity established in 2015 to “enhance the lives of those working within the property industry”. Led entirely by volunteers, the Foundation promotes charitable fundraising, mental health and wellbeing, and best practice across the conveyancing profession.

Complimentary online conferences include National Conveyancing Month in March and Wellbeing at Work Month in October 2026, which are designed to inspire, educate and encourage collaboration and best practice.

Through initiatives such as the Charity Lotto, and the Charity Grant scheme the  Foundation has raised over £1.3 million for charity, supporting a wide range of charities, good causes and initiatives.

Foundation wellbeing initiatives such as our Best Practice Wellbeing Surveys, the complimentary Wellbeing Resource HUB and our new Mental Health Champion Course, are designed to equip professionals with the tools to adopt and champion wellbeing in the workplace.
