As a member of the Conveyancing Association, Linda works across national property issues at national and local level and can advise on complex cases such as new build, shared ownership, help to buy and lease extensions in addition to sales, purchases and remortgages.

Rachel, head of Adkirk Law fraud and regulatory, said:

“Increasingly, we find our clients want specialists advising them in these areas of law and we can offer guidance at every step with the support of our team. This is a national service we offer wherever our clients may be across the UK.”

The firm was launched at an event held at Manchester Hall attended by partners, associates and senior professional services figures from across the region.

Rachel’s most recent high-profile case was defending a client in the Euribor interest rate trial at Southwark Crown Court which received international publicity. As a panel member for the Police Superintendents’ Association for England and Wales, Rachel also defends senior police officers accused of misconduct or other offences. In regulatory work, she has successfully defended individuals and businesses against proceedings brought by the CQC, Ofsted, the HSE and the Environment Agency.
