The conveyancing awards and the conveyancing foundation confirm new partnership
An exciting new partnership has been confirmed, bringing together the conveyancing sector’s leading not-for-profit charity and its newest, high-profile awards ceremony.
The Conveyancing Awards and The Conveyancing Foundation have agreed a 12-month collaboration, which will see the two organisations work side by side to encourage entries and attendance at the awards, where a significant donation from ticket sales and an auction at the event will support fundraising.
As part of the partnership, The Conveyancing Foundation will sponsor and present the winner and highly commended individuals for the Rising Star in Conveyancing Award, while The Conveyancing Awards will actively support National Conveyancing Month in March and Wellbeing at Work Month in October, which are two of the charity’s biggest campaigns.
“Confirming The Conveyancing Awards as a Gold Partner is fantastic and we’re delighted to secure their support,” says Lloyd Davies, founder and patron of The Conveyancing Foundation. “Since the awards were first announced, they’ve sparked real excitement and anticipation across the industry, which we’re sure will only amplify as the ceremony approaches.
“Bold new ideas, particularly those that encourage conveyancing professionals to support and champion each other, are what drives our work so this felt like a natural partnership. Plus being involved in the very first event was also too good to miss!” adds Lloyd.
The primary objective of the Conveyancing Foundation is to enhance the lives of those in the property industry. Its Foundation Charity Lotto has helped conveyancers raise over £1.3m for some wonderful charities over the last decade.
The funds raised from this new partnership will support The Mindstep Foundation, which was established following the passing of Lloyd’s son, Maxwell Davies in 2018. Lloyd is completing a 400km Cycling Pilgrimage from his hometown in Monmouth, South Wales to Canterbury, Kent, where Max went to University, in April.
All fundraising from the Cycling Pilgrimage and the auction held at The Conveyancing Awards on 14 May 2026 will be donated to the specialist Suicide Prevention Research Department at Glasgow University.
Daniel Hill, Director at Globespan Media and Founder of The Conveyancing Awards comments:
“We’re thrilled to announce The Conveyancing Foundation as our official charity partner; a well-known and well-respected voice in the industry. Their support adds another layer of authority and visibility to our awards, ensuring the event is not just about celebrating success, but giving back.
“With the awards deadline fast approaching and National Conveyancing Month set to kick off next month, the timing of this partnership couldn’t be better. The Conveyancing Foundation joins a prestigious list of sponsors, ensuring the ceremony will be a highlight on the industry calendar,” concludes Daniel.
