Research can today (29 October) reveal the UK attractions that boost the value of your home the most – and the Natural History Museum takes the crown adding over £1million to your property value.
The experts at GetAgent investigated the average price of houses near the UK’s top 50 attractions and compared these to the average price of properties in each city to reveal the attractions that increase (& decrease) the value of your home the most.

The research has revealed that:
- Living near the Natural History Museum could increase your house price by over £1million.
- Living near the Royal Botanical gardens could increase your house price by £474.375.
- Living near St Paul’s Cathedral could decrease the value of your property by £345,856.
- Living near Windsor Castle could decrease the value of your property by £191,189.
