Leading property technology companies unite to reveal activity in UK Property Market

Blockchain property technology firm Coadjute is working with leading UK property software companies to collect and analyse “on the ground activity and trends” for the industry to use during the Covid-19 crisis.

LONDON 28th APRIL: Blockchain leader in the property market Coadjute today announces the exclusive launch of a Property Market Insights weekly report. The new data provides insights into every aspect of estate agent and conveyancer workflow from initial sales enquiries through to viewings, exchange and completion. The Property Market Insights Report is aimed at revitalising and strengthening the housing sector through the application of live housing activity market data and trend analysis.

Covering over 50% of UK estate agents, and a material number of conveyancing firms, the new report provides unprecedented breadth and detail on the growth fluctuations of workflow volumes across the industry, end-to-end. Contributors to the property market data, and recipients of the insights initially include industry leaders Dezrez, Reapit, MRI Software, Search Acumen and Redbrick Solutions. Coadjute intend to add further sources of data over the coming weeks.

The software technology firms involved hope that the new property market insights will help property businesses align their operations as activity returns to the market.

John Reynolds, CEO of Coadjute, said:

“We are not aware that this level of data has ever been available in the UK property market before in this way, and we want to thank all those who have helped us compile it. These are unprecedented times and need unprecedented solutions. Whilst data is only half the picture, our aim has been to apply our knowledge of the industry to analyse the data and bring genuine aggregated insights into what is going on to the data providers. With Estate Agents’ offices set to be in the first category of High Street premises to reopen when lockdown finally ends, it’ll be key that property businesses are able to make really well-informed decisions”

This follows the successful customer trials last year on Coadjute’s innovative blockchain property platform; and Coadjute’s commitment to have all the property market parties involved – lenders, brokers, estate agents, conveyancers and many others – working seamlessly and without any barriers.
