New business division, Landmark Scotland, launched to deliver wider range of technology-driven products and services tailored to the Scottish property market
Landmark Information Group, the leading provider of information to the UK property market, has today announced the launch of Landmark Scotland to provide dedicated technology and data-driven product and service solutions for the Scottish property market.
Landmark’s existing legal search and due diligence business, Millar & Bryce, which has led the way in the provision of services for property solicitors in Scotland for almost 150 years, will complement and provide local support for the Landmark Scotland portfolio. Richard Hepburn, Managing Director of Millar & Bryce, will extend his responsibilities as MD for Landmark Scotland.
Experienced Scottish property professional Lorna Kerr transitions to the Landmark Scotland business division, where she will be working closely with estate agents and solicitors across the country to develop the reach of the business. Lorna, formerly from OnTheMarket and s1homes, becomes the Business Development Director for the newly formed business unit.
