IPSA launches new conveyancing searches solution
The launch of IPSA Searches, a new brand falling under the IPSA umbrella, provides conveyancers with a new conveyancing searches solution to find their Expert Local Search Provider.
IPSA (The Association of Independent Personal Search Agents) is the leading UK trade association for personal search agents and membership includes some of the largest search firms in the country as well as many independent companies and sole traders. Many conveyancers are already familiar with the advantages of working with their local IPSA member, but they are often unaware that their trusted provider can also obtain Regulated Personal Searches for properties throughout the whole of England and Wales through the network of IPSA members. Each member is, in effect, a national search provider. The map on the website helps to illustrate this point.
