Introducers to enjoy dedicated account managers with LPL
New conveyancing firm LPL will introduce dedicated account managers for each of its introducers.
Introducers play a crucial role for all conveyancing firms, yet they are often passed from pillar to post, speaking to at least three different file handlers at the same law firm. This leads to fractured relationships, issues with communication and ultimately an unsatisfactory experience for all parties.
However, LPL has promised to do things differently, with a dedicated account manager, assisted by a trainee conveyancer, for each introducer.
Fiona Greenhalgh, Head of Conveyancing from LPL said:
“Introducers are not just a source of business to us, they are our partners, but too often they are not treated as well as they should be by other conveyancing firms. It is unacceptable for introducers to experience such difficulties in getting through to someone who can answer their questions, which is why we are introducing dedicated account managers. We believe that by establishing these clear lines of communication we can ensure everyone is pulling in the right direction and can deliver positive results for our clients.
“At LPL we are determined to build longstanding relationships by delivering a personal service, whether that’s to the clients themselves or the introducers who bring them to us.”
LPL launches in August. Introducers can get updates on the firm’s launch and register their interest in working with LPL via the LPL website or by emailing [email protected].
