The new dashboard brings the key components of post completion into a single screen to improve firm-wide visibility of a matter’s progress, including OS status and AP1 cancellations.

InfoTrack’s new post completion dashboard complements the platform’s existing SDLT and AP1 dashboards, giving overarching visibility across all parts of the post completion process. The overview includes key details related to SDLT, priority search, and AP1 status, as well as expiry dates and the reason for any alerts listed against the matter.

As lender requirements stipulate the need to protect a title in their interest and regulators such as the SRA and CLC have emphasised the importance of performing post completion promptly and diligently this year, the dashboard aims to make the process easier for firms to stay on top of their obligations.

Designed to minimise risk and delays, the dashboard’s filter system enables users to show matters that require immediate action, such as expired priorities or cancellations, as well as those that require action in the next seven days. This provides users with essential information related to a matter and senior staff with oversight of any exposure of risk to the firm in relation to post completion tasks.

With upcoming changes to SDLT applicable from April 2025, InfoTrack’s new post completion dashboard will help firms maintain a firm-wide overview of their post completion work ahead of the deadline.
