HM Land Registry launches new training hub and monthly practice newsletter

Practice – plus training – makes perfect: HM Land Registry launches new training hub and monthly practice newsletter.

The Customer Training hub brings all of our help and guidance together in one place.  

Along with Practice Guides, you’ll find links to guidance pages, webinars, videos, podcasts, checklists and flowcharts. Heading the Contents list, our new Public guidance page caters for members of the public, aiming to address their most common enquiries. 

As well as making our guidance and materials more readily available, the new hub will help you find them much more easily. The new Public Guides section will help you point your clients to the right information. 

This is only the beginning for the hub. We are continuously growing and developing our training offer and will regularly be adding new content.

Sign up for more detail on practice changes 

We have launched Practice and Process, a new monthly newsletter for subscribers featuring key amendments, updates, training, hints and tips. 

Practice and Process focuses on changes to land-registration practice and what they mean for conveyancers and other legal professionals – our customers – as well as any new processes you need to be aware of.  

We’ve added more detail about changes to Practice Guides, as well as information about forthcoming changes to our processes. There’s training news, hints and top tips, too. 

We have created this newsletter in response to feedback. You told us changes to practice could be clearer in terms of what’s changed and why; Practice and Process aims to address this. We also want to make sure you’re aware of the help and guidance available to you. 

If you currently receive our monthly Landnet newsletter, you’ll have received Issue 1 of Practice and Process, but future issues will only be sent to subscribers.
