Groundsure, the UK’s environmental and climate insights authority, has announced today that it has entered into a key new strategic relationship with Serac Technologies, an innovative, leading-edge tech company delivering local authority data and analysis for SME and enterprise property and construction clients.
The relationship will set a new bar in the quality and accuracy of data used in property transaction due diligence.
Very often emotive and critical to homemovers and business owners, understanding the latest available data, including planning applications, in proximity to the property can be a key factor in whether to proceed with the transaction.
