Dye & Durham to discuss the Environmental Perils of a 21st Century Conveyancer

10 November 2022: Dye & Durham to discuss the Environmental Perils of a 21st Century Conveyancer at the Searches UK and HM Land Registry seminar.

Dye & Durham, a global technology company providing legal professionals with cloud-based solutions for business transactions and regulatory compliance, is speaking at next week’s Searches UK and HM Land Registry seminar where property law and conveyancing industry professionals are gathering to discuss key industry developments and trends.

The free continued professional development event, held on 15 November in Brighton, brings together residential conveyancers and experts from across the property industry to learn about HM Land Registry’s priorities over the next few years, including the migration of Local Land Charges data, Digital ID and electronic signatures.

Tim Longden, Product Manager for Dye & Durham, will make remarks during the seminar’s Environmental Perils of a 21st Century Conveyancer segment, which will delve into advances in assessing flood risk, planning, contaminated land and other hazards as part of the due diligence process.  Longden is speaking alongside representatives from HM Land Registry and Stewart Title in what’s expected to be a popular session at the seminar.

Longden says:

“As digitisation continues across the conveyancing industry, the Searches UK and HM Land Registry seminar is an excellent opportunity for conveyancing practitioners to hear from experts on a wide range of topics that affect their day-to-day work, both today and in the future.

“The event supports the continued professional development of conveyancers and provides a great opportunity to learn from experts and meet peers to share knowledge while receiving the very latest insights on the issues and trends impacting the conveyancing industry.”
