The latest Digital Solicitor Podcast is called, “Improving your conveyancing practice and the relationships with estate agents”.

With an uncertain time ahead of us in the property sector in this podcast we look at how to establish long lasting relationships with your clients and estate agents and how to manage and nurture those relationships in both the physical and digital world.

Today’s guests are Craig Matthews, Director of Lifetime Planning at LEAP, and Rob Hailstone, an ex-residential property conveyancer with nearly 5 decades of experience, who formed the Bold Legal Group (BLG) in 2010.

The BLG now has approximately 700 member firms of all different shapes and sizes throughout England and Wales (all of which carry out a significant number of residential conveyancing transaction annually) and is widely respected by all stakeholders including legal regulators, lenders, HMLR and the DLUHC.
