Conveyancing Information Executive unveils new brand identity and Quality Mark

The Conveyancing Information Executive (CIE), the leading search data standards association has today re-launched its website, along with a radical new brand treatment and offer to the property market.

The new-look site and branding is designed to give a fresh and clear perspective on what its member businesses represent, what conveyancers can expect and rely on, and what prospective members can do to stand out in terms of data quality and standards.

The re-launch also introduces a new quality mark badge that member businesses can display on search reports. This underlines the collective commitment to upholding the highest possible data ethics, sourcing the best available, richest geospatial data and maintaining compliance to guidance and standards on behalf of their customers and the end client.

Commented Kevin Brown, Chair of CIE, commented:

We are excited to launch our new site and Quality Mark which re-asserts our purpose and that of our member businesses – namely, trust and reliance on the CIE data standards that power hundreds of thousands of property searches per year.

“This comes at a time when compliance requirements for conveyancers and commercial real estate lawyers to meet homebuyers, business owners and lenders needs has never been more critical.

“The new website provides valuable resources to understand how we add value and give assurance to legal professionals that searches backed by the CIE Quality Mark have been prepared to the very highest standards for their client.”

The Quality Mark will be rolled out across members’ data and reports over the coming months. CIE will also be at the Modern Law Awards in Liverpool on 21st November to help celebrate the best in our market, as well as discuss how firms can take advantage of the Quality Mark and standards.
