The Foundation would like to extend heartfelt thanks to Lloyd Davies, who is stepping down as Chairman after ten remarkable years in the role. Lloyd’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the Foundation’s success and in supporting the wider conveyancing community.

Lloyd Davies commented:

“I am delighted to welcome Jess, David and Rob to Co-Chair the Foundation.

“They make a formidable team, and I look forward to supporting them in their endeavours to make our industry a better place for all concerned over the coming years.

“National Conveyancing Week and Wellbeing at Work Week are fantastic initiatives which will provide focus as to how we can work together to deliver best practice, whilst looking after each other and those that need our support through our charity endeavours.

“The last ten years have been a great journey with the Foundation, and we have achieved so much.

“I would like to thank everyone that we have worked with for their amazing endeavours and wonderful philanthropic support.

“Thank you.”

Jess Smith commented:

“Lloyd has been the heart and soul of the Conveyancing Foundation for the past ten years.

“From taking on endless charity challenges like the 5 in 55, trekking the Great Wall of China, Offa’s Dyke and Hadrian’s Wall, his energy and passion for giving back have been truly inspiring.

“He has brought people together, championed collaboration, wellbeing and mental health initiatives and raised over £1.2 million for charity along the way.

“While he is stepping down as Chairman, we are delighted that the Foundation will continue to benefit from his support and vision for the future as one of our key patrons and Ambassadors.

“I very much look forward to working with David, Rob and their respective teams in seeing the progress we can make and in building on the amazing philanthropic platform that is the Conveyancing Foundation, and we would continue to invite everyone to join us on our journey.

“We look forward to working with you all.”
