Churchers named Small Firm of the Year at Hampshire Law Society Awards
Hampshire Solicitors, Churchers, has been named Hampshire Law Society’s top Law Firm of the Year for the second time in two years.
The firm, which has six offices across the south, won the Small Firm of the Year award, and was recognised for its positive growth in reputation, significant contribution to both the legal and local communities, and its excellent recognition by clients.
In 2015, Churchers won Hampshire Law Society’s Firm of the Year award and, in 2016, received the same accolade from The Isle of Wight Law Society, making this year the company’s third consecutive win.
Managing Partner at Churchers, Ian Robinson, said:
“We are delighted that our team has been recognised for its hard work. Having recently rebranded, it is excellent to see the firm continue to make great progress under its new identity.”
In March, the company rebranded back to its original name, Churchers, which has a 130-year south coast heritage.
Ian added:
“I hope that winning this award will open the doors to new and exciting opportunities for Churchers, and help continue to drive our success in the future.”
Recently, Churchers has worked with and supported a number of charities, including Gosport and Fareham Inshore Rescue Service (GAFIRS), The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC), Rowans Hospice and Cancer Research.
Churchers offers a number of legal services, including Wills and Probate, Family Mediation Services and Child Law, as well as business services, from Employment Law to Commercial Property. The company has offices in Fareham, Lee on the Solent, Portsmouth, Cosham, Gosport and Ryde.
This year, Churchers was one of four shortlisted entries, and its success was announced at the Hampshire Law Society’s annual dinner and awards ceremony, held at St Mary’s Football stadium.
