Aconveyancing launches its first training academy
14th September 2022 – Aconveyancing has opened the doors to its first training academy in Tamworth, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to investing in the conveyancers of tomorrow.
Earlier this month, the academy welcomed 7 new recruits, who will follow a structured programme covering all aspects of property law and the wider industry.
With the delivery of training led by Aconveyancing’s founder Natalie Moore and associate conveyancer Sam Burrows, the programme starts with a breakdown of the legal process and importance of client care before moving on to modules on money laundering, source of funds and client communication, to name just a few.
The recruits will also be provided with training around mental health support, marketing and social media usage.
Natalie comments on the launch:
“This academy has been in the pipeline for years now and further strengthens our commitment to finding and training the next generation of conveyancers.
“For me personally, being able to support young people locally and offer a route into the law without crippling university fees is a huge achievement and I am so proud of my team for developing this training programme, covering all aspects of the property industry.”
The recruits will work towards their paralegal qualifications first, with a view to complete training as Licensed Conveyancers over time.
