Solicitor and Legal Trainer Latest Appointment for Prop Tech Gazeal

21 May 2019: Gazeal has appointed Lorraine Richardson M.A. (Cantab) on a consultancy basis as its Head of Legal Professional Practice where she will be responsible for producing training webinars for legal firms, advising on all aspects of the conveyancing transaction and assisting with the development of the company’s legal and arbitration processes.

Richardson is an experienced property solicitor working in legal firms throughout East Anglia for over 25 years. In addition to running a branch office and being a partner, she has been a Compliance Officer for Legal Practice. Richardson is an experienced legal trainer and has designed and delivered a wide range of CPD courses on topics including: all aspects of conveyancing, presentation skills, compliance and legal skills and she has developed a particular expertise for the design and delivery of webinars. Working for many leading organizations including a number of City firms, the Law Society, Central Law Training, The University of Law and Anglia Ruskin University, she has also designed and implemented a bespoke qualification for HM Land Registry. Richardson has a particular interest in quality assurance and assessment procedures and has been involved in validation applications for qualifications for a number of organisations.
