RIAA Barker Gillette and Tibber Marks Solicitors merge creating a mid-market powerhouse for private individuals and ambitious businesses

London’s West End multi-service law firm RIAA Barker Gillette and North London residential and commercial property lawyers Tibber Marks Solicitors have today (1 September 2021) announced that they have merged.

The merged firm, to be called RIAA Barker Gillette incorporating Tibber Marks, creates a full-service law firm with 80 staff to meet all the legal needs of high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial and ambitious businesses.

RIAA Barker Gillette, with 14 partners and 52 staff, is recognised for its commercial property, company and commercial, dispute resolution, employment, family, private client, regulatory and serious crime practices. The firm has a strong international client base with global alliances in Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, UAE, and the USA.

Tibber Marks Solicitors, with two partners and 15 staff, prides itself on its in-depth market knowledge and experience in residential, property investment and development deals. Their clients include first time buyers, property companies and high net worth individuals.
