PM Property Lawyers wins at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards
Sheffield-based law firm, PM Property Lawyers, has triumphed in a major legal sector award, winning National Conveyancing Firm of the Year at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.
The awards celebrate the best in the field of property law and are open to law firms from across England and Wales. The judging panel was made up of experts from the sector including the CEO of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and well-known property expert Kate Faulkner.

After picking up the award at the ceremony in Liverpool, Managing Director Harvey Harding commented:
“This is a fantastic achievement for a firm that’s less than six years old. We’ve come a very long way and it’s entirely due to the incredible team we have at PM Property Lawyers. They work extremely hard to help people with one of the most important acts of their lives – buying or selling their home. It’s probably the biggest financial transaction our customers will ever be involved in and as well as the practicalities, it’s a huge emotional event. So to be recognised in this way for doing what we do is phenomenal – I’m so proud of each and every one of the team.”

This is the latest in a run of awards for the firm, which is based on Shepcote Lane and employs 70 people. Earlier this year, paralegal Kay Liddle won the Conveyancing Paralegal trophy in the National Paralegal Awards and solicitor Reece Suter is the current National Young Conveyancer in the Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards. In 2018 the firm won Silver for the Yorkshire Region in the ESTAS, the UK’s largest customer service feedback awards for the residential property sector, championed by TV presenter Phil Spencer.
As finalists in the upcoming Yorkshire Legal Awards and Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards the PM Property Lawyers team are keeping fingers crossed that they’ll be adding even more trophies to the cabinet very soon.
