PM Property Lawyers celebrates record awards in 2019
Sheffield law firm PM Property Lawyers is celebrating their achievement in winning a record number of industry awards in 2019.
The firm, which specialises in conveyancing and property law, garnered an impressive seven trophies from numerous awarding bodies during the year. These include the prestigious Yorkshire Legal Awards where they took the prize in the Residential Property category. The firm also won two awards at the ESTAS Conveyancing Awards, which are voted for solely by clients, including Gold for the Yorkshire Region.
The icing on the cake was winning not just the Regional award, but also the award for National Conveyancing Firm of the Year at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards in July.
Managing Director Harvey Harding comments:
“We’re a Yorkshire business and we do a lot of work locally, but we have clients all over England and Wales. Being voted the best in the country is a fantastic achievement for a firm that’s less than six years old. We’ve come a very long way and it’s entirely due to the incredible people we have at PM Property Lawyers. For example, one of our team, Kay Liddle, was named 2019 National Conveyancing Paralegal at the National Paralegal Awards in March while another was a finalist. It just shows what a brilliant job they do. I am incredibly proud of them.”
Judging the awards, Tom Backhouse, CEO of Terrafirma Search, was full of praise for the firm:
“PM Property Lawyers are the epitome of a forward-thinking law firm, constantly looking to innovate and evolve to better benefit the client. Their comprehensive approach to cyber security, staff training, and customer service is enviable, and their use of technology to streamline their service whilst retaining a personal touch is to be applauded.”
The firm has also been recognised for its innovative approach, winning Best Innovation in Conveyancing at the Law Firm Services Awards in September.
Harvey Harding was delighted with this win. He adds:
“We are constantly seeking new ways of doing things and implementing new technology to improve the conveyancing process. Tech has so much potential to make things easier for our clients and for our team and we’re determined to be at the forefront of new developments. After such a successful year, we’re really looking forward to building on this in 2020 and I can’t wait to see what’s next for PM Property Lawyers.”
