Leading housebuilder Persimmon agrees multi-year software contract with Zoopla

Zoopla announces that one of the leading housebuilders, Persimmon, has agreed a multi-year software contract with them.

Key points from agreement:
    • Multi-year agreement means that Persimmon will use Zoopla’s software suite for housebuilders until at least 2025 to enhance customer experience and drive efficiencies
    • The contract follows the launch of ‘Zoopla for Housebuilders’ in July, a new software proposition for housebuilders that’s designed to combine the best of Yourkeys with everything housebuilders need to effectively run their sales in one place
    • Persimmon will benefit from Zoopla’s entire suite of software solutions which includes a purpose-built CRM for housebuilders, a Reservation Engine & Buyer Portal, an Anti Money Laundering solution and industry-first Sales Progression portal

All of Persimmon’s housing stock will be processed through Zoopla’s software solutions, while conveyancers and mortgage brokers will also now have the ability to connect easily to Persimmon buyers via Zoopla’s Sales Progression portal – providing visibility for all parties on the transaction journey.

Adopting the full suite of software, which includes Yourkeys will enable Persimmon to digitally onboard buyers, improve its sales and marketing effectiveness, and manage AML checks from a single platform. Data transparency across the business will also be enhanced – all of which combined will deliver a better Persimmon customer experience.

Persimmon will also be easily able to comply with the New Homes Quality Board as Zoopla’s software will generate and store a digital record of the entire house-buying journey. To find out more about Zoopla’s new offering, housebuilders can visit Zoopla Advantage.
