Law firm moves to new HQ to celebrate 10th anniversary after substantial growth

TML Solicitors have completed their move to a new HQ to celebrate their 10th anniversary after substantial growth.

Leicester-based Law firm, TML Solicitors have announced the location of their new headquarters, which will see the 26-strong workforce relocate from King Street and move to a more central location that is London Road, this move also commences the start of their 10-year anniversary celebrations.

TML Solicitors are a young, dynamic law firm that provides innovative solutions to their client’s legal problems. After setting up in 2013 TML have gone from strength to strength and have seen growth in both the services they provide and the level of expertise within the business. The last year, in particular, has been very successful, they have seen staff members increase from 15 to 26 and turnover increase from £800,000 to £1.8M.

TML Solicitors work on many groundbreaking cases throughout the year and work on some of the highest-profile cases in Leicester. Their services include Conveyancing and Commercial Property, Family Law, Criminal Defence and Wills & Probate – this expansion will allow them to further their service offering and deal with a higher volume of cases.

How have they expanded so rapidly? TML have been working on the Solicitor stereotype and they wanted to break the perception around the industry as a whole. This is why they are very active within the local community. Employees within the firm offer a free pro-bono clinic at their local religious temples and many within the firm are also multi-lingual, which means they are able to target a wider audience and help more individuals across Leicestershire without them feeling stressed or confused with their case.

TML are also widely known for its contributions to charitable events and networking events to further support the Leicestershire community. Dav Mahet, Owner and Managing Director, has ran four half-marathons for Menphys – raising a total of £4,000, he also took part in the Great North Run for Cancer Research, Diabetes UK and the NSPCC raising £2,000 and actually fought in his own charity boxing-event, raising £3,000 for a men’s mental health charity. Alongside this, he has also spearheaded his own sponsorship programme at TML Solicitors and now sponsors numerous people across Leicestershire, including professional boxers, bare-knuckle fighters, and also future Martial Arts Olympian, Ysabel Juniper-Smith By sponsoring them, he can ensure that people in the community are supported to achieve their goals and dreams – bringing more positive publicity and talent to Leicester.

By giving back and being so heavily involved in the local community, they have gained the trust and respect of their clients and gained many supporters along the way, who often use their services where needed.
